RCM Certificate requirements
Certificates are mailed in October and April of each year to students who successfully complete all of the requirements for their grade.
For Grades 5 through ARCT, students must also complete theory examinations before the practical examination certificate is issued.

Transfer Credits
Conservatory Canada does transfer credits from other comparable institutions and programs.
To apply for a transcript evaluation with a view to obtaining transfer credit please:
arrange to have an official transcript sent by the issuing institution directly to the Office of the Registrar.
submit a letter of application outlining your request.
enclose the appropriate fee of $25 per credit or $50 for a complete transcript transfer.
Transfer credits cannot be given for any practical examinations.
